Exactly what i wanted. Salty but not tooo salty. Although I like very salty foods (like olives and pickles), so if you are salt sensitive these may be too salty for you. But I have definitely had saltier. I used to buy this brand in the local stores but I had not been able to find them for awhile. So I've started ordering them. They are a decent size and the shell has a soft but chewy satisfying texture. Not hard but not so soft that there isn't any texture. I do not feel like a deer chewing on bark or anything, but there is a little texture. I read about potential inconsistencies in quality, but after years of eating this brand, I have not experienced that myself. Yes sometimes a bag may seem to have slightly smaller seeds, but I realize that sometimes seasonal harvest conditions can impact this. But honestly it was never enough of a difference for me to not like them still. IMO very minor.

I’ve tried a whole lot of different pumpkin seeds over the years. Some have been good & acceptable, others I’ve thrown in the trash. However I can honestly say that these pumpkin seeds are by far the best I have ever had. They are in essence perfect in every way. The taste & texture are out of this world. They are the perfect low carb food.

Quality of seeds hage gone DOWN HILL lately.... They have always been excellent!Bought one 2pack and it was BROWN and STALE, thought it was a anomaly, did it again, SAME THING!AMAZON does not accept returns, so I am out $28 from thown away GIANTS Pumpkin seeds. They don't seem to care!

If these are giants I can't imagine what smaller ones are like. The size of a sunflower kernel?! Shells are too soft for cracking and I ended up having to eat them not what I like to do.

Shipped within 12 hours after I ordered. These are the best pumpkin seeds out there, including homemade.Lightly salted so you can still taste the seeds inside the shell. The outer shell is somehow thinner than other brands making them easier to chew. They are crispy without drying out the inner seed. Seriously the perfect roasted pumpkin seed.
