Very happy with these headphones. My daughter wanted to apple ones for Christmas. I got her these and she absolutely loves these headphones. She says they are so comfortable. So much so I catch her sleeping with them on. If they broke today id buy another pair no questions asked.

These things are awesome! I love heavy bass in my music. I originally bought the skull candy crushers. The bass of the skull candy crushers is amazing and more than I had hoped for. They are intense to say the least. However they have the haptic feedback where it physically vibrates on your head which gets old. These Sony ult wear don't have as much bass as the skull candy crushers but the sound clarity and quality is much better. The bass is sufficient to satisfy my bass cravings when I need it. And these are much more comfortable to wear. The noise cancelling is also very impressive! I didn't know what I had been missing out on wearing cheap headphones and ear buds for all of my life. The listening experience on these is phenomenal. I keep finding myself reaching for these every chance I get to immerse myself into an amazing listening experience. Couldn't be happier with my purchase! The skull candy crushers are getting returned.

I use these daily and they are both comfortable and have amazing sound quality. Using the app you can mimic XM5 EQ but without the full soundstage of the XM5 (You know, because it's definitely not a XM5) however they sound great compared to others in this price point.

I tried to pair this set of headphones with a Bluetooth 5.0 transmitter. No luck pairing. Then I found in the product specifications that they were for Bluetooth 5.2, so I bought a 5.2 transmitter. Again, no luck. So then I took a chance and bought a 5.3 transmitter. Voila, instant pairing. So don’t be fooled. You will receive Bluetooth 5.3 units, regardless of what the product specs say. Also, they don’t cancel noise very well for noise canceling headphones!

In not good for me

I got these headphones after trying out the Sony XM5s and I must say I like these a lot better. I’m very picky with sound quality and these bring the same balance as the XM5s that I enjoyed, but with more consistent bass at lower and higher volumes (which I was really hoping for). It has almost all of the same features and I feel like the battery life has been almost the same. It’s been treating me well so far! Great for traveling and pretty comfortable over long periods of time.

This can connect to two devices so switching from phone to laptop at night time but you gotta turn off the bluetooth for the device you are not using in order for the sound to work sometimes.
