I bought this to replace my Loop quiet. Loop quiet did too good of a job that it feels too creepy riding with it. I can hear my own breathing using that and hardly anything else. Too dangerous to use on road. This on then other hand, just perfect for me to use for long distance riding. Comfortable too! However, it doesn't fit well for my wife who is smaller in size.

It is really helpful to reducenoise levels. Should be fittet properly else slight pain when pressed under the helmet while riding bike.

Although I bought this for keeping the ambient noise out due to ongoing construction in my neighbor's apartment, it didn't help there much. But I use it for my swimming regularly and it keeps the water and cold out of my ears.If you're looking primarily for noise reduction avoid this, but if you're looking to use this for swimming, go ahead and get it.
