I bought this power bank for backup as I am posted recently in a rural FI branch. Hasn't had much use of it yet because the electricity supply in the village is better than I anticipated. However, one thing I love about this power bank is that it retains charge much better than I expected. Been using it for more than 2 months now. One time full charge without using stays full charged even after a week. And the quick charge is also good.

Ambrane 27000 mah Power bank is a good product with a good build quality. It looks premium. Charges 5000mah phones real quick. But Ambrane 10000 mah Power bank provides a pouch for it it does not provide any such. Though it has 2 USB outputs and an Type-C input making it efficient to charge 2 smartphones together. It's heavy undoubtedly which makes it a little uncomfortable to carry in women sling bags or vanity bags. It also takes a little too long to charge itself completely. Good to go product for long time travels. Value for money. 👍🏻

If u don't like the charging station at the airports, this is the best power bank as it follows airline rules of being under 30kMAH and being affordable in price.

Worst service ever received from Amazon. Once the delivery is done, Amazon has no more responsibility. The LED indicators are defective. Not working properly. No direct option for Replacement or Return.Call the Amazon customer care and then they suggest you to call the service centre.Pay full for the Powerbank and get a defective item with free harrasment and waste of time.

Overall good power bank. Worth buying. I personally got this for charging my DSLR during long shoots.For people like me who are struggling to get it to work -a. Double click the button to stop charging (indicator leds will switch off), single click the button to start charging (indicator leds will switch on)b. Long press of the button will switch the device off. Single pressing button here will make the 2nd led blink a few times but will not charge. To get it to charge again, please connect the input power source for a few mins and try again.Hope this helps.

Wonderful quality

After using a Powerbank of the same company earlier I had my full trust on their brand hence I ordered this one.Although, when arrived, its weight was on heavier side but it worked well for the first 3-4 months so the weight didn’t bother me much. The device worked very well, where in I was able to charge my phone(iphone13) atleast 3 times very comfortably with one complete charge cycle of the powerbank. This was, when I was using it on need basis and not all the time.However, from the onset of 5th month the charging capacity declined to barely 2 times and eventually restricted to one charge until recently. Now, after 10 months of usage, it is a dead brick since it doesn’t work at all. I charged it last night and it is completely discharged when I tried plugging in the phone.Overall, I have had a very appalling experience with Ambrane for the first time as the powerbank should have lasted for at least a year if not two.
