Reason for 2 stars is the finish on upper to soles at toes :-( my son has only worn them few times & they appear to becoming apart .. He has said they are a comfy boot & is disappointed ..

Nutze diese Fußballschuhe schon seit Jahren. Die halten sehr lange und sind angenehm am Fuß

Habe mir diese Schuhe besorgt, da ich nach ein paar Jahren der Ruhe wieder mit Fußball anfangen wollte. Ich kannte diese Schuhe noch aus meinen alten Tagen und war damit immer zufrieden, also zögerte ich nicht lange, sie auch für den Wiedereinstieg zu nutzen. Und was soll ich anderes sagen, der Copa Mundial war und ist ein absoluter Topschuh und ein "nicht so wirklich geheimer" Geheimtipp. Pro: - Das Design ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache, jedoch versprüht der Schuh einen Hauch von Nostalgie, was mir persönlich sehr zusagt - Der Schuh ist aus Känguruleder und damit sehr hochwertig, super am Fuß anliegend, besonders zur Mitte hin - Auch der Tragekomfort sticht hervor, Blasen sah ich nach dem Eintragen nie wieder - Das Ballgefühl ist hervorragend Contra: - Eventuell die weiße Sohle , die trotz guter Pflege nach kurzer Zeit einen gelblichen Stich annimmt, was mich nicht sonderlich stört - Das Känguruleder muss wie jedes Leder ab und an gepflegt werden, besonders wenn es nass wurde Wer also nicht mit quietschbunten Schuhen aus der Masse herausstechen will, sondern durch sein Können auffallen möchte, dem kann ich diesen Schuh nur wärmstens empfehlen. Nicht umsonst wird der Schuh seit 1979 hergestellt und ist damit der meistverkaufte Fußballschuh der Welt.

I have tried, over and over, to go to other boots -- synthetic, leather, Nike, New Balance, etc. -- but none ever fit right. I lost half the skin off my heel trying to break in another pair last week. But Copas always work. They always fit true to size. They don't rub you the wrong way and give you blisters. I just broke in a new pair last night, and they were perfect. I will always go back to my "first love." Copas forever.

I wear this mostly for coaching and friendly pick up matches. Has held up well over last 2yrs getting used 3x per week. Don’t like the tongue flap so I fold it over. Arch support is non existent so have to add a Superfeet insert. I’m over 40 and need the arch and ankle support, so while this is a tried classic I’ve never felt completely stable in them.
