My husband says he feels so much better taking thus product. He also has more energy. Not sure it's from this but hey I think it's helped.

So my job has lately involved a lot of walking, kneeling, and bending over long hours which has led to some stiff and sore joints. Everything creaks and pop as I walk when I'm particularly sore. However, after using this joint supplement, I think it actually is helping a bit as I don't have as much soreness in my knees and I recover faster. Even if it's a placebo effect, at least it's more comfortable now.

Good Joint Supplement

This supplement did nothing for me. InstaFlex works great.

NOW is a great brand that I have used for many years so I also trust NOW Sports. NOW is an American company I’ve used their supplements for at least 15 years.The three main ingredients in this joint support supplement are what I consider the most helpful for me: glucosamine 550mg, hyaluronic acid 100mg, and a Boswellia extract 53mg. One capsule twice daily with a meal is all that is needed and this bottle is a one-month supply.The bottle is plastic and orange colored and had two different safety seals to open. There is a best by date of 04/2027. I like that the lot number is also listed should I have questions, and their contact information is on the bottle.
