Love it for pre-exercise motivation
I use NO test strips to confirm my levels and many other supplements that I am testing cannot even raise my levels a tiny bit. These give me a real strong response. They give a big boost to me before long bike rides and make the overall experience more beneficial. Perhaps this is only helpful to people who are NO deficient? Not sure... They are incredibly helpful to me in preparing for exercise.---Update 1/2018: After getting used to these for many months the stickiness has never bothered me. I try not to let them get hot as that helps greatly. Also, I adapted to the taste and actually use it as a small treat similar to dark chocolate. I just let it dissolve in my mouth, then I wash it down with water afterward.I have re-read some of the reviews on this and I think people are thinking of this as a Red Bull type of energy... I am not certain but I don't think that is what they are aiming for. For me it tends to open up the blood vessels and lets your body relax. My BP has been helped by these and they also remove anxiety for me before exercise events. (mostly bike for me) I think the energy it gives me is the ability to do exercise longer and more relaxed, not a caffeine hit.If you are sitting at a desk and hoping this jacks you up the day, you may be looking at the wrong product. If you want to exercise longer or you want something to relax and possible help with stress or slight anxiety, this has worked well for me.

GREAT!
Just arrived today and ate two of them. Love the taste. No troubles unwrapping them. They have the consistency of a soft tootsie roll, but with a teeny bit of grit in them which dissolves quickly & pleasantly in the mouth. I notice no increase in energy from them so far, but maybe too early to tell. I'm going to leave them in my "subscribe n save" order, just because they are such a tasty, healthy treat to have on hand. I used to be quite an all around oudoorswoman / athlete. Then I got Chronic Lyme Disease. Now I struggle just to get through a day sometimes. Hoping these little treats might help me through those "walls". We'll see.

Just OK
I did not notice a difference in workouts like I do when I drink actual beet juice. The taste was actually very nice but I will stick to beet juice for the NO benefits. Overall, not worth the price in my opinion.

They're my secret weapon!
I'm a weekend warrior playing competitive tennis and I didn't really notice much until it was about 100 degrees on the court one day, my heart was pounding and I'd lost my focus. I ate 1 Beet'ums and my heart relaxed and I could focus again. The results were profound. They are now my go-to for all tennis matches. I take 1 before I play, and 1-3 during for focus and energy. I can really notice the difference. I like to win - I consider these my magic power! I've also shared these with fellow tennis players, and an 83 year-old man who could only play one set, now plays 2 every day when he eats 1 Beet'um. He takes nitrogylcerin for his heart but it doesn't help nearly as much as the Beet'ums. They're really great support. Thank you - so grateful!

Beet'ums work (so far)
I am new to using Beet'ums and have used them on the last 5-6 rides/training sessions. I have taken them between 30-45 minutes of riding as suggested. For a one hour training session that wasn't too challenging, 1 seemed adequate. Longer or harder sessions I took 2. On a 3 hour hard ride I took 2 to start and 1/hour thereafter. I don't know if that's what is intended or not? In any event, they seem to work. The breathing seems easier on the hard efforts (raising the VO2 max somewhat). Not a miracle by any stretch but a slight improvement... enough to stay with the faster riders and not get dropped.

Seems to Make Hard Intervals Easier
Is it a placebo effect or a real boost? I've done High Intensity Intervals on my bike with and without these, I seem to be able to consistently hit slightly higher wattage with slightly less suffering when I have one of these well before the effort. They taste good, so it's hard to let them slowly dissolve. Deliberate chew and relax is the way. At my age, 74, all sorts of things are worth a try. This one has been a keeper.

Sticky mess, hard to unwrap the individually packaged blobs ...
Sticky mess, hard to unwrap the individually packaged blobs. Taste is ok, but a little gritty. Ingredients list includes "natural flavors" which can be used to hide a number of not-so-healthy ingredients.

Nothing noticable
Didn't feel any difference in myself.
