Faulty steamer replaced.
Steamer was bought in mid September, used it a couple of times but in December end the switches got stuck in OFF position. I filed a complaint and it was under warranty. I had had to furnish the invoice and it was promptly replaced. My request for replacing it on priority was honoured.

Quality steamer with excellent customer support.
Steamer is sturdy and effective. Wonderful product. Steam flow is very precise. Mine was started having some issues, after raising the issue with company they replaced with new one. Thanks for quick resolution.

Nice customer satisfaction
I bought the steamer on 29th sep 25. I used it 5 to 6 times. Found very excellent. The steamer is very good to use at home for facial treatment. I noticed a very minor opening of the pipe edge. I contacted AGARO. I found them as very nice people and believe in total customer satisfaction. They immediately agreed to replace the device even for the very small defect. Thanks AGARO TEAM.
