Definatly doesn't have a 50 or 25 day amount, I'm 14 days into keto, and had this 3 times daily with extra electolight tablets, morning and evening, (as last time i did full keto I got cramps), so on the good side, this time around i was cramp free yeyyy, oh and no twitchy eye lid shizzle, anyway the Downside, i used it all in 14 days, I'm not sure just one scoopfull a day us enough for deep ketosis,

Got the forest fruits flavour and Ribena had better watch their backs because this stuff is actually delicious, no fishy or salty taste. Really good potassium levels, actually dissolves, and doesn't turn your wee into a radioactive noperope of I'm-Probably-Going-To-Have-Kidney-Failure-At-Some-Point-Aren't-I? like those American ones. I still feel like these products are always way too expensive, but they're not likely to change that. (Dare you to though). Just wish they made much bigger tubs so I could spend more time being electrolicious and less time walking to the delivery locker.

Mixes easily in a shake bottle and has a higher level of magnesium and potassium in than the last brand I tried, however it tastes terrible - acidic and chemical. It recommends starting off with one scoop for anywhere between 500ml and 1ltr, but I wouldn't recommend it for 500ml. Much too strong. The taste is bad enough as it is.

I never give 5 stars on a product but this goes closer to 4.5 out of 5. The best electrolytes i have ever used... If you do water fasting for a few days and you do not have energy when you drink this you will feel like you ate but you did not!
