This is an absolute game changer!!The fit is amazing, it holds in with no awkward lumps and bumps. The metal rods work great, especially for keeping you sitting, and even standing straight (which for me, is a massive help because I'm always slouching when I stand up!)It feels soft on the inside, doesn't irritate your skin and the outside has a slight grip type texture which is great for keeping bra's and underwear in place and not riding or rolling up or down!!I feel ike it's doing it's job but it's not completely crushing me which others have, and best of all, you can't even tell you have it on under tops/dresses!I would highly recommend this, especially if, like me, you are just trying to get those last bit of stubborn jiggly bits in shape!

This is my best purchase for the year.When I first tried it on I put it on the last set of hooks with great struggle.I had it on all day. The next day it was on the third hook; so it either stretched or worked really well the very next day; I'm going for the latter!!I love it; it really works and I have quite a large bulge due to an operation some time ago. I thought I'd never get it down. I was convinced I was stitched wrong by the medics.It also makes you sit up straight and stops you from slouching. My Best Buy for the year. I'm going to purchase another one the next size down.

I'm not sure how much use I'll give this, but I'll update as I go.I've only used this at my home, in my pyjamas. As it is a "trainer", I've been using it on days off to make my waist smaller, but not over doing it by using it everyday, as I read the abuse of corsets can cause damage to your organs.To be honest I'm not sure if this is because of the corset or not, but I felt less hungry when I was using it. Just the thought of food with made me feel a bit sick. It also made my stomach hurt a little bit, after I took it out, I had to run to the bathroom.But the good side is that it does make your figure a lot better. I can see people using it under dresses and clothes to look slimmer as it is quite thin and it wouldn't poke out of your clothes. It did help a lot with my posture on the computer. And it is quite comfortable to wear.So overall, it is a good product. Not sure how successful it will be on the long run in "training" my waist. It was quite comfortable, until I started feeling a bit of tummy ache and nausea (but still can't say for sure it was do to the corset). It does help a lot with posture if you work long hours sitting in front of a computer. But be ware that it may cause some back pain if you stay in the same position for a long time.Would recommend, as it is affordable and it does improve your figure, even if only when in use. Looks beautiful and improves your self-esteem.

I absolutely adore this waist trainer, I often feel conscious of my stomach under my uniform and having this product holding me in felt so freeing. It gives me a beautiful 50's silhouette and it is very comfortable for everyday activities such as sitting at a desk, jogging, lying down and going up and down stairs. Although this waist trainer can feel constricting at first, one soon gets used to it and once it is taken off my back feels far more supple. I cannot fully express my love for this product but only say that I highly recommend it.

This item caused friction burns on hip after cardio work out (which was why I bought it!) and the hooks bent after 2nd use. I've had more expensive (£60) waist trainers and they didn't bend or break like this one.

It fit perfectly fine . And i loved to wear them !! Make me look slim and curvy . Item that you wont be regret . It is comfortable and first it take time to wear them on but now i just get used of it wearing them!
