Nice fine grains, works a treat for flavour
Don't know why this stuff is so hard to find in supermarkets but glad I found it here. Grains are nicely sized and kept dry without clumps in a storage tub for a few months whilst using. Added nice flavour to the right dishes.

What's all the fuss about?
I bought this because of the hype around MSG and how it enhances flavour. I didn't notice any difference at all. Will not buy again, only because of there being no difference. It didn't taste odd or 'wrong'.
