No UTI while using
I'll be honest; it seems hard to quantify how well this works. I didn't get a UTI while I took this, so I guess that's a good sign. It didn't seem to cause any negative side effects; they were easy to swallow and didn't leave any nasty aftertaste or anything like that.It's definitely worth a try to see if they help you out because we all know UTIs are no fun!

It works!
I was having a lot of trouble with leaking, especially first thing in the morning. Since starting this program it is dramatically improved, very few episodes now!

False Advertisement no lactoferrin
The lactoferrin has been taken out. The reason I purchased this item was for the lactoferrin. It is still being advertised as if they have not changed the ingredients. I have noticed that whenever something works well companies change the ingredients.
