Peet's Coffee, Dark Roast Ground Coffee - French Roast 28 Ounce Bag

We don't use anything but Peet's Major Dickason's ground coffee (both regular and decaf). It's so good it has spoiled us for anything else. We use it in both a regular brew coffee maker AND keurig (in the my K cup - it's the ground we've found to work best in the Keurig). The smell when the bag is first opened is SO good - I wish my house smelled like that. It's a dark roast, which is what we prefer and is a wonderful flavor. One of my literal fears is running out of it so I order another 6 pack when I'm down to 4... it's my Peet's Stash..

Smooth and rich. Absolutely no bitterness. A great cup of coffee and only a few cents more than my advertised store bought that I usually buy. That is a good cup of coffee. Peet's is excellent.

I never thought I would like dark roast coffee. Then I discovered Peets. Ahh, the aroma wafting through the air makes it hard to wait to be drinking this smooth, delicious tasting coffee. And to think, dark roast has less caffeine than regular coffee, but less acid so tummy is happy too. It is also delicious as iced coffee.

I love strong coffee and prefer it black. This Peet's dark roast is excellent. Great dark strong flavor.I was kind of worried ordering via Amazon because it would be shipped in a box. But the price is cheaper on Amazon, of course, then at the grocery store.I ordered two bags. They came in a small box. They were warm probably from being in the hot Amazon truck. But no issues with shipping. There were no damages to the bags. I've used both bags since writing this review. Both bags of coffee tasted great. I'll be ordering my Peet's from Amazon from now.

This coffee has a really good flavor and isn't too acidic.

Had my first pot this morning. Made with tap water and a regular drip coffee maker. I'm very pleased with the taste. Nice, full-bodied flavor for a dark roast. Smooth. But the best is, I tasted no bitterness. Would definitely buy again.

It's a nice flavor coffee and not acidic as others

I've been drinking coffee for many, many years, and my first cup in the morning is always black. For a long time running, even with drinking an assortment of brands, Peet's (Dark Roast) Major Dickason's Blend is my favorite!!The blend of this dark roast is bold, yet smooth.It's an aromatic roast, and though I'm not one to look for the Caffeine content, I'm quite sure it's got a good dose of it.
