Product is useful, made very nicely looks good quality. But the hassle of unscrewing it (the strap part) and assembling it -is a pain. It was a cumbersome task at least for me!

I love that I can clip this to the outside of my purse and no more digging through my purse trying to find the keys when my hands are full after leaving the store! The air tag has come in handy a few times too.

It feels cheap but once you load it, it feels a lot more sturdy and it does work well I bought one for my spare key for Services so that I can track the key at the service center

Not durable. Failed after a few months with the plastic piece that attaches to the keychain breaking. Was not subjected to hard use - simply a poor design. Would be good if it were more durable. I'm buying another design that should be better.
