I put the cream on my neck and other ares that feel tensed. It not only helps those muscles relax it is working wonders on helping me sleep. There is not much smell to it.

It's OK. I didn't get the joint relief I thought I would. It also takes a lot of rubbing to get it absorbed into the skin.
