The package arrived on time and on the exact day it was going to arrive. Package was secured and sealed completely so there was no damages to the box or the doll. The dolls redeem code worked perfectly; if any one is wondering how I did mine. Go to the website underneath the code and make sure you’re in your roblox account. Redeem it, and I click on “Back to Redeem”. Log in to Royale High and the first thing you should see is the gifts from the doll (whichever you bought and redeemed). I know people know how to do this, it’s just a small tutorial for people who are knew or don’t know how to redeem it. Cus while I was reading reviews, no one mentioned how to do it although it’s in the instructions 😭.Anyway, Mermia (the water fairy doll) is beautiful but I have not tried to take off her toy clothes or her hair yet.

I absolutely love this doll so much, It was definitely worth the few delays. The paint job looks incredible, these colors are amazing. And probs to whoever decided on the hair as it’s soo soft to touch. I’m so very happy with my purchase!!(October 3rd edit)Today I received my Mermia and Avrilla dolls, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The dolls are great quality and they’re super cute, I love them, but- I had some issues with the codes. The Mermia code with pretty hard to read as the code was printed terribly, it almost completely came off. But I did manage to get the code figured out and redeemed. But as for the Avrilla doll… Her code completely came off while I was trying to scratch it, mind you, I very carefully scratch these codes as I know they can easily mess up. But I’ve never experienced this exact thing before. I’m currently in contact with Roblox and trying to get a new code. I’ve spent a lot of money on these dolls so therefore I’d like to be able to have their codes working. I’d definitely suggest being careful with the codes, everything else had no problems at all.

Box damaged, no code as promised and doll was heavily played with. Not packaged correctly, doll was lose in box and nothing showed as gently used. Didn't even know that it was used per original description. I purchased as new item. Daughter disappointed and heartbroken that it was not what we ordered. Don't buy!

The doll is so cute and pretty I love it! The accessories are so cute and I has no problems with the code the in game items are so cute too!edit:I bought the Mermia doll but the code didn’t work and I don’t know how to contact jazwares😓 the doll is nice tho was excited for the in game items thoMostly bought it for the in game items too

Everything went perfect! Nothing arrived damaged, and redeeming the code was super easy.

I bought this for my sister and she was so happy with it we’ve had it for a few months now and it’s all she plays with! The accessories are really cute, it’s a fun toy to play with and it’s a little bit bigger than a Barbie doll, but it was definitely worth it for the price. I definitely will be buying more of these dolls in the near future!

It’s good really but sometimes the codes don’t work/already redeemed that’s what happened with mine. Be careful scratching the code too

I ordered for my daughters birthday a few months ago when it was still full price. The doll was beautiful and my daughter was happy to add it to her collection, but the primary reason for purchase was the code, which wasn't included. The card came blank and looked different/had a different msg than the usual ones. Not just like it had been scratched off already, just like a fake one. I tried to return, but due to my own fault/ hectic schedule, I missed the deadline so that part was on me. I am going to try to purchase again for the code, and hopefully will be successful this time and update my review. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened with one of these toys and I now have a few duplicates with nothing to do but possibly donate them as most people purchase for the code, and I'm in this position because people take the code and return them. I wish jazzwares would be more helpful with problematic issues like this. We had the same happen after a store purchases of the bus, and jazzwares wasn't helpful. They provided a "one time courtesy" new code, but when that didnt work either for some reason, they and roblox just passed the blame to eachother and we had to purchase 2 new ones a second was stolen and returned, and no one would "help" again.
