A waste of time and money
I usually buy Black Maca from ELMNT but they were out of stock. I purchased this as an alternative and I was very disappointed. I simply felt a small boost of energy the very first time I took these; no significant difference afterwards. I'm planning on returning it.With the Black Maca from ELMNT, I felt immediate difference in libido and gym performance. This merchant advertised higher dose but I doubt it's the correct dose.

Hunger and Constipation
I noticed an increased in performance, muscle gain, and hunger which I didn't mind. But it also gave me constipation just after 2 weeks of taking it. Really bad constipation needing a suppository. That was my only issue and enough for me to discontinue with the supplements.
