Q: Does anyone else find that this smells of petrol? Is that normal for this product?!

It’s a long time since I used this but 50/50 has petroleum in it. I didn’t like it but not because of smell. I had 50/50 prescribed for serious skin problem when in hospital & they told me not to sit out in the sun as it’s inflammable. I’d speak to your GP or pharmacist. My husband uses 50/50 on hiS feet and it’s turned our beige carpets black!! In short I disliked the product & used plain 59/50 messy as it was.
