volume control impossible to control tried all rubber tips to stop very loud whistlling noise one device now not turning on at all,on had them one day.will be looking for a full refund............very dissapointed.

Not the best in the box, volume missing on No. 2, this happened after the deadline, be advised Don't talk while wearing these as they become loosened by jaw movement, tried different ear plugs supplied but no change. but a lot better than the NHS-free ones.

It was fine just not suitable for requirements.

I got these digital hearing aids for my dad who's been struggling with his hearing. Here's the lowdown:Pros:- The rechargeable feature is great. No more tiny batteries to replace!- The charging case is handy and the LED display is easy to read.- Sound quality is pretty good once you get it adjusted right.- The noise reduction feature helps in crowded places.Cons:- It took a while to figure out all the settings. Not super user-friendly at first.- Sometimes they whistle a bit, especially when putting on a hat or scarf.- They're visible in the ear, if that matters to you.Overall, they've definitely improved Dad's hearing, but there was a learning curve. For the price, they're a decent option if you're not ready for prescription hearing aids yet. Just be prepared to spend some time getting used to them and finding the right settings.

The media could not be loaded. In my honest opinion, this should be taken off the shelves as it could permanently damage your ears. It produces a high amount of audio feedback with a very high whistle, see my video.Initially, I thought it may be due to me turning it on first and then inserting it into the ear, but it did the same after inserting into the ear and then turning it on. A good choice of words was spoken when this happened shortly after they were quickly removed and thrown on the floor.Any devices like this must be electronically protected to prevent such issues from protecting the ears.I may have had a faulty unit, but it did work as expected, turned on with the touch buttons, turned off, and also charged normally.I'm not happy as my ears are now ringing.Hope this helps you from damaging your ears.

Not sure how well these will work for those with hearing aids for more serious hearing loss or deafness but I was able to use these to clarify my focus and drown out background noise to increase my hearing on what I was focusing on and would recommend for that purpose, even though slightly pricey.
