Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. Can I just say, I have a number of supplements now from 10X, and every one of the bottles has been full up to the neck. That is almost unheard of with supplements. It seems like most of the bottles I get are 50% full or less, and I wish they would put more in or use smaller bottles. Well 10X uses smaller bottles and fills them up. THANK YOU, 10X, for efficiently using the space in the bottles! If used as directed it will last two months. The expiration date on mine is Jan 2026, so a little more than 1.5 years from now. There is a very light scent and taste to the capsules, and they are easily swallowed with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO. The product page also says Made in the USA. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The 10xhealthsystem site is functional and informative. There is a phone number, and they encourage you to contact them because the site is not just supplements, it's an entire health system with genetic tests and everything. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the supplement and am looking more into their program. With the quality they are going for I did not expect them to use fillers (silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate) that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to. The price is decent and the quality is above average for the supplement market even with the fillers. And you're getting it from an established company. Really helps when trying to loose wgt

Definitely got the fat burning results I was looking for. Don’t G a F about nervous system, cognition or energy non sense. Just keeping my 6 pack lean at 50yrs old. This product is legit. Get the subscription. I take two a day and that works for me (not a suggestion for you).

I can't even give a pro/con on this one. My wife has been using them and feels literally no difference. She was hoping these would help her in various areas but her prescriptions tend to work better than these, overall. I see the ratings and clearly, people have had good experiences with them, and I'm not here to say they're wrong. They simply didn't make much of an impact, if at all, for my wife. Maybe it's a placebo effect? I don't know.
