Excellent and durable. I can take the rope I require to work and use it there and also I can use it basically anywhere and anytime I feel like I need a pump or a stretch. I don’t feel guilty not being able to go to the gym cope with not having gone to the gym as it is a good supplement for a gym workout. Way more convenient than carrying dumbbells around also.

Great quality for the price. Only thing is when doing bicep curls the material can rub on your arm causing irritation.

Straps aren’t durable enough and have split within weeks of purchase.
