Did not expect results so quick. And I know Im still on the way to seeing full effects. I made the mistake of using it every night and then it resulted in very dry skin. So for first time users, I would recommend using it once a week and then slowly increase the number of nights a week you use it for.

Sooo happy with this product, it’s a new must as part of my skincare routine. I’ve never used a retinol product before as I was worried that my sensitive skin would react to it and know people who have had bad experiences with retinol. I apply this a couple of days a week before bed and there was an instant difference in my skin appearance after just a week. My skin looks clearer (less blackheads and red marks), skin looks and feels firmer and more plump, and there’s a nice texture/sheen to my skin. Even my partner commented how my face looked fresher and he doesn’t notice anything!

I’ve been using the CeraVe Retinol Serum for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really pleased with the results. My skin looks smoother, and some of the texture and dark spots have noticeably improved. It's gentle compared to other retinols I’ve tried, which is a big plus if you have sensitive skin. That said, it did take some time to see visible changes, so don’t expect overnight results. I also experienced a bit of dryness and flaking at first, but it leveled out after a week or two with regular moisturizing. I love that it includes ceramides and niacinamide for added hydration and skin barrier support. The packaging is also clean and hygienic with a nice pump. Knocked off one star just because of the initial dryness and slow results, but if you stick with it, it's definitely worth it.
