I have fine hair and was amazed at the volume this brush produces! I wasn’t sure it would work for my length of hair, but the knobby bristles hold the hair on the brush. It cuts down drying time and it’s very efficient and effective by having the brush and dryer all in one. The tool is slightly heavy, but it’s not a concern since drying time is reduced. I can tell this device is very well made and should last a long time. The heat resistant bag and cleaning brush are a nice addition. I’m really glad I made the investment in this tool.

I was hesitant because of the cost but it's well worth it. First off it's very solid and well built. I have curly dense FRIZZY hair, I always let my hair naturally dry because no matter what dryer I've tried it gets more frizzy and puffy. While using it my hair dried really fast and smooth! I paired it with BTZ smooth criminal blowout balm and it's a match made in heaven. I don't even need to straighten after and my hair looks and feels so healthy and shiny.

This brush is quite fast to dry hair, but if it is hair that absorbs a lot of water like mine, it is not very recommendable because it weighs a lot and I had to take many breaks; my arm got tired, so it was not as fast as I expected and I did not find the price fair in relation to this inconvenience.

I bought this during the Thanksgiving time. I used it for 7times and then machine didn’t work properly. All of sudden, heat didn’t come out from dryer. Only cold air came out. I waited for 10mins but finally it didn’t work properly. I ended up returning this machine. It’s not worth it. Run away from this dryer!!!

This blow dryer is supposed to use controlled low-temp, no damage temperature, but it gets so hot I can't hold the small section of hair I just ran the Duet through. I don't take it through the strand slowly, but it's still super hot, and the tip handle gets uncomfortably hot. The silver ring below the hot brush part seems hot enough to actually burn. It does make my hair very smooth, but I think the no damage claim is false. I wish I could still return it or find out how to exchange for a unit that works right. Very disappointed, even if I'd paid half the excessive price.

I used with hair 80% dry… I was used to the revlon one that has extremely hot temperature… this one dries super fast love it. Other good point is super silent

Hair type: fine and a lot of hair. Long and with highlights.I have the Dyson, Revlon One and T3. I had a lot of expectations about this product but my hair was tangling with the tool multiple times. I burned my hand using it, I was not wrapping the hair nicely… to be honest the worst hair tool I have tried…
