Amazing!!
I had a really great workout using Big Dog! It gave me loads of energy and it tastes really good too. I will be buying this again it is a great value for money and really good quality.

Hard core preworkout
I use preworkout before every gym session.This preworkout has a really nice light flavour, not too sweet or sickly like a lot of the others I’ve had, but don’t let the light flavour fool you, this pre-workout hits hard!!! I had a massive workout, achieving not one but two PB’s. I was super focussed, felt strong and had a great pump. This stuff is GREAT.

Awesome preworkout!I loved the watermelon flavour so I bought another one for my partner. I was a bit hesitant because of the lack of reviews and some of the other comments but I am glad I took the risk. I took a full scoop on my first try and it hit me like a brick wall! Best workout I have had in years

Wouldn’t recommend
Tried this for 3 days and wouldn’t recommend.I had not used pre workouts in years (I only drink black coffee - double espresso as a pre workout). I wanted something stronger since coffee contains up to 185mg of caffeine vs 300mg+ advertised.After 3 days of using the preworkout. I feel nothing.Poor performance for the price. Much better value elsewhere. Poor quality product, as a nutritionist and coach I want the best of the best. The flavouring is made used E products which are known to keep you hooked/addicted and shows how overly processed the product is.Energy boost was ok for 1 day then nothing.Only positive is the mixing, easy to mix.I don’t recommend. That’s just my experience and opinion. Sometimes stick to what you know

Massive pump - great energy
This will be my new pre workout from now on. Better than all my other ones by a long shot. I am training for longer and lifting heavier than ever before. I can not recommend this enough !

Bad experience
Unfortunately the flavor isn't for me. Won't be buying again. Going from something smooth and is enjoyable to this that is like drinking absinthe 99%
