Amscan Girls Orange Fox Fancy Dress Costume

this outfit arrived today and it is just gorgeous. lovely quality and beautiful colour . my 7 year old daughter is absolutely thrilled with it . it fits her perfectly (size 7-8) but she is very small for her age.

Purchased for world book day. My daughter looked so very cute in this outfit. It was her favourite one yet. Not the best quality but overall she looked amazing. Durability wise it would probably only last a few wears.

Bought this for my 7.5yr old for world book day (Demerara the vain ginger cat from whizz pop chocolate shop) and it looks fab for this. My daughter is thrilled and the costume looks great on her and is better quality than I was expecting.It also fits my 9 year old although the sleeves are a little short.Note tights need to bought separately.

World book day

All little girls like to dress up. Main costume fit was good accessories were quite loose but this can be sorted out.

Pros:Great valueLooks amazing on (with the sizing issue exception)Lots of complimentsCons:Dress size runs far too small, I should have bought the next size up (2yrs older).The waist sits far too high (looks wierd), the torso/shirt part simply isnt long/tall enough. The skirt therefore starts too high up, so the dress is very short on. And you cant see much/any of the skirt under a coat/jumper. Wont get another 6months out of it sadly.The leg warmer/leg cuffs are too wide. The circumference is more suited to an adult size lower leg so they keep falling down. Could have been made smaller or had wider velcro strips to make it adjustable.Tip: doesnt come with tights/trousers. Due to the height issue, you would be best buying matching leggings. If you buy tights, bear in mind your childs rear may be exposed as skirt is so short, and tights would look naff/see though to pants!!

I was really pleasantly surprised with the sets quality! The tutu part is really poofy and all well stitched.My 7yo is tall and wears 9-10 clothes so I got the 10-12 size and it's perfect, not too short but still knee length and with growing room too. Very pleased!

Love this outfit, definitely recommend sizing up!
