TriProC is PERFECT
I work from home and needed a landline for work. So I opted for the TriProC dialpad and headset. Love it! Works great, great sound and does not need an electrical outlet or batteries!!

A Lot of Bang for the BUCK
SUPER little system for WFH CS provider @ a great price. I recorded myself to make sure the headset didn't pickup background noises...just awesome. I LOVE that I can turn down the volume for my customers who are loud talkers but those low talkers, I turn up the volume...ordering another one for a backup! Just wish the cord was a bit longer, but can NOT beat this price!

This seems to be well made. I haven't used it yet but it came as described and seems like it will hold up well. time will tell.

You get what you pay for
What you set the date every time you make a phone call goes back to a wrong date. There are several issues I have with this. The ear cover all the headphone won't stay on, I'm told I sound fuzzy when I talk on this microphone, the back light doesn't come on when you're going up and down three things unless you're on the phone itself.
