The quality is good. Bristle loss is minimal. I have only used these brushes with water based paint and they have been really easy to clean. I have arthritis in my hands and they are comfortable to hold.Overall a really good value for money paint brush.

These brushes are ( by far ) the best brushes on the market to date, very high quality and easy to use, the bristles hold paint very good and reshape consistently, the size is perfect with good functionality, there is no better value for money anywhere else other than NicPro when it comes to paint brushes, I use these for miniature figure painting and there is lots of choice for different painting styles, some painters want one brush that can do most tasks without swapping brushes, you will definitely find that almost all of these brushes can do multiple tasks without the need to swap, I have used expensive "pro brushes" from other "top brands" who supply brushes specifically made for their own brand of paints, but they do not come close to the quality you will get with NicPro while using almost any paint type, I hope this helps, I highly recommend to everyone.

Wow.... the thicker brushes are really good for dry brushing and the thin brushes are excellent for smaller detail. They feel great to use too... 10/10
