I love, love love Bio K Plus liquid blueberry Probiotic. It is the best flavor ever. Really tasty enough to make it a daily dessert like treat. I have trouble finding the liquid where I live and haven't been able to order it on Amazon for quite some time. So I decided to try the capsules. Of course there is no sweet creamy liquid to enjoy but the capsules go down easily and they do the job. They will do but if you get a chance do try the Blueberry Liquid Bio K Plus.

I call this one All-in-One, a Probiotic that supports your digestive system, promotes better sleep along with supporting occasional stress. There’s nothing else better out there in the market. Not only my gut has been regulated, my sleep has improved and I’ve noticed lower stress levels. I would not go back to any other probiotic out there. Bio-K+ Extra has a unique formula that is clinically supported, contains 25 billion CFU and 125 mg of Sensoril Ashwagandha that is from leaf & root extract for maximus efficacy.

This is a great supplement. My stomach does very well with it though it is expensive!!

This is a great probiotic and has helped me personally. It’s important to keep in mind that all bodies and systems (gut flora and bacteria specifically) are built different and respond to external substances like probiotics, differently. So what may work for one may not necessarily work as well for another. With that stated, it certainly works for me.5/5!

This combination of probiotics did not agree with my stomach. I got nauseous from it. I'm sure it's a great product. It just didn't agree with me.

I heard a lot about this brand for probiotics, and was curious on how it works. I noticed that I would go more regular, and not as much gas. I did t experience any nausea, or changes to appetite. I thinks it’s a great product.

This is a fantastic probiotic! It is effective! I only wish there were more capsules in the bottle.
