Only used it a couple of times and now when I use it keeps making metal flakes/shaving

Put this box together for a friend needed to conceal the screw holes so bought this pocket hole jig , good quality easy to use and it’s the only one I’ve seen where you get a clamp for holding parts together too , great value for money

Great bit of kit, works very well and the dust extractor is working great. Only one problem and quite a big one. All the holes are drilled but I can't screw my work together because it was supplied with the wrong driver bit. It turned up with a torx bit and not a square head bit, it even was supplied with some square head screws. It's the weekend and no one sells square head driver bits. Not happy.

This pocket hole jig is a brilliant bit of kit but I do think it's a little bit over priced

This product arrived today - And I set it up on my workbenchHaving used a pocket hole jig previously I felt it was time to move up to one with a clamp built-in. This is because I wanted to improve the user experience from having to align, clamp and then drill to just - "pull a lever easy"I got 3 pockets from it before the drill decided to break.Now - If this was just a £20 cheap kit - I wouldn't feel as bad. But this isn't very agreeable. I feel this is a premium product costing as much as it does.Replacement drills can be had elsewhere - But they are expensive. A Replacement drill is around £10, and £18 if you want it to go into an impact driver.The fallout from this is : My one has gone back, But I have another on delivery.The actual metalwork of the product from this one is good. There are a few areas where the anodising feels a bit suspect - However its 'Good Enough' in my book.Even after this, it's still my choice as its price point is right for what it brings to the workshop.

Wow have been after one of these for ages and it works brilliantly easy to use no problems with the clamp either its going to make life easier for me

Can use it straight out of the box no problem all accessories work great. Plenty of clamping pressure. Make a couple of rough cuts first to get hole placement spot on

Very easy to set up and use would buy again.
