This magnetic stirrer exceeds my expectations. The knobs are NOT flimsy at all, the frame is thick and solid, it is of great quality and easy and simple to use. It has worked perfectly every time and it is as described by the seller. It is worth more than what you are paying, in my opinion. Don't buy an expensive stirrer thinking you need to pay more for quality because this stirrer is perfect and you can't beat the price.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a little smaller than I realized, but that’s actually working well as I have limited space. I’ve used it several times now with great success. Sometimes the stirring and stir bar works great and sometimes it takes some patience to get it going without bouncing. I made media with agar yesterday and it boiled 400ml perfectly well with simultaneous stirring. I’d urge caution, which is obvious, but my hand slipped and I burned it pretty bad. So no worries about whether it heats. I feel this was a great purchase.

Well constructed, clean, no BS, cheap, sturdy little unit. And the magnetic stir feature is well tuned and works well, which is something I was worried about. My only complaint is the heat, it's not very powerful at all. So much so that I doubt it's hitting the claimed wattage output.I've had 300-200mL of tap water in a 500mL Erlenmeyer flask on this for about the last hour or two with very light stirring and full heat and I'm only barely getting to boiling. It's certainly not a powerful, rolling, foaming, kind of boil though. Outlet can run a 1500w space heater without problems, so it's gotta be this things heat element.So, it's maybe good for extremely small volumes, low power organic synth, or getting organic solvents boiling. I could see this being AWESOME for reactions that need a constant, low heat for ages. But it's not great for anything more power demanding. You're certainly not going to dehydrate sulfuric acid or distill mercury with this.I may return, then again, I may try and remove some length of the heater wire to up power. I could also set it aside for the above mentioned reasons, since it would be the perfect tool for that purpose.

A well constructed, solid machine. This thing has some mass and was engineered to be very stable. Better than I expected for the price. Wish now that I had spent the extra few dollars for a digital model of this hot plate/ magnetic stirrer.PRO: If you have a spill on the tray and it flows over the side there's a bit of a lip around the opening leading to the guts as to prevent chemical destruction of its inner workings.

I use this magnetic heater/stirrer frequently at the lab & it is wonderful. I’ve put several hours on this & it heats up quickly! 10/10 would recommend if you are in need of something like this. I will continue to buy through ANZESER due to their quality, reliable & all round great products.

The spinner works okay. The heat is a horror show. Can't keep a constant temperature. Infact the temperature waves to different extremes. I need a temperature to be between 94°F to 97°F. Can never get it to stay.

The stirring AND heating work well for when I like to heat up my cough syrup in the morning for my pancakes.

Does what it needs to do.

Der Magnetrührer kam nach 2 Tagen gut verpackt und unbeschadet an.Er sieht sehr wertig aus und tut genau das was er soll: Aufheizen und Rühren.Ich benutze ihn zur Herstellung von Seifen, Cremes und medizinischen Ölen. Dadurch spare ich das Wasserbad und das ständige händische Rühren.Die Teperatureinstellung muss man ein bisschen ausprobieren, da keine Skala angebracht ist. Das mache ich aber sowieso mittels autarkem Thermometer.Alles in allem für den Preis ein sehr gutes Gerät und für meine Zwecke mehr als ausreichend.

Fait le job, conforme à ce que j’attendais.La pince pour le thermomètre c’est déjà cassée au bout de 2 utilisations… mais bon, pas indispensable.Livraison rapide.

Feels weighty, solid unit. Used numerous times either as a stirrer and heater or singular. Works a treat. Seems good value!
