Works well
I used it for Wegovy and it after freezing the ice packs overnight it stayed cool for 12 hours. This was in November/December so I don't know if it would work as well in July. I believe packing it in the middle of a suitcase surrounded by clothing helps insulate it.

Injectable carring case
Harder case for injectables, has enough room for pens and needles. I like the digital temp display as well.

Great to carry meds
Got this because I’m on a biological medication that has to stay refrigerated && needed some thing to keep my meds @@ right temp while traveling. I had a little zip up pouch with Refreezable ice pouches, but I would stress on rather they were staying cool enough and with this item, I no longer have to worry because it shows the temperature without me having to open it. So far it worked great !!

Less than 6 hours!
This is advertised as being able to keep meds cool for 24 hours. In my experience, they reached room temperature in about six hours, which is not long enough for any normal trip.

Only lasts 12 hours!
I purchased this for the claimed 24 hr duration. Following a posted video on how to .. I tested the claim.I found it only lasted 12 hours. Here is my finding.4am - 37 degrees.8am - 48.7 degrees11am - 51.5 degrees1pm - 54.5 degrees3pm - 60.1 degrees6pm - 66.7 degrees.Even though it didn't live up to the hype, I still need it for my trip abroad. Hopefully, I can get the meds in a refrigerator after my 7hr flight. But I need to add 3 hr on the beginning and 3 hr on the other end.May need to get some ice or ask if airline can put the cooling packs in a freezer while in the air.
