It definitely doesn't come with one. That being said, it comes apart very easily. Don't plan on it staying together in a bag. You could find a bag or carrying case almost anywhere that would fit all the pieces.

They are the Bacugon the things you fight with.

Q: What is the idea of this bakugan game?

The very basics is like a rock, paper, scissors game. The objective is to win three rounds first. Each player rolls their Bakugan at the same time and tries to get their Bakugan to "stand" (open up). 1 of 3 scenarios will happen when you roll: 1) Only one players Bakugan stands - that player's Bakugan wins the round stays open (not used for the rest of the match) after bringing placing back in front of the player. The other player may choose to keep rolling that Bakugan or switch. 2) Both Bakugan stand - Each Bakugan has a B power rating located on the character card or somewhere on the toy. Add/subtract the extra B power located on the corresponding Bakugan color (if using a gate card) or the front side of the bakucore (hexagons). The winner of that round is who has highest B power, if there is a tie, the winner is the one who has the highest attack (located to the right of the B power on the character card). Winner keeps their Bakugan standing like scenario 1, loser forms their Bakugan back into a ball to reroll. 3) Neither Bakugan stand - players reroll til scenarios 1 or 2 happen. That's the very basics of the game. Have fun :)
