I read the five reviews which were so negative I nearly missed a charming movie; the Secrets of Bella Vista. I love Napa Valley & the scenery was beautiful. As far as the female lead not being believable, I can totally relate as my father whom I knew nothing about decided to look me up when I was a Senior in high school. I wanted no part of him, & his other two daughters started trying to reach out to me & I was just as stunned & suspicious as the character in the movie. I didn’t know what to think. And I’m a history buff so I loved the plot going back to the holocaust, the antiques, searching for the “treasure;” you decide. I will be watching it again. Haven’t watched Mystery Island, yet.

Mystery Island was an A+ movie. The other one was good too but probably a B+

This has got to be one of the worst and silliest movies that Hallmark has ever made. It went beyond ridiculous.

Entertaining double feature both with a touch of mystery along with the romance. Holds one's interest and the scenery is gorgeous.

Secrets of Bella Vista was excellent. Mystery Island was poor, I tried twice but could not sit through it. However, it is probably a matter of taste as most reviewers have mixed opinions. Best course it to buy it and decide for yourself :)
