AULINK EGR Valve EGV1149 4593896AB (For 3.3L/3.8L) For Jeep Wrangler 2007-2011,Chrysler Town & Country 2008-2010,Pacifica 2007 2008,for Dodge Grand Caravan 2008-2010,Volkswagen Routan 2009 2010

Had this installed on 2008 Jeep Wrangler (manual transmission) w/228,000 ➕ miles on it, charged 2 hours labor by a mechanic who also replaced the gas cap. The check engine light has been turning on & off since I bought the vehicle 15 months ago, w/my code reader indicating emissions malfunction & alternately fuel cap seal compromised which usually translates to tighten the cap after each gas fill-up. As an aside, I was offered $500 for the Jeep as a trade-in @ a Jeep dealer (yup, I know - dealers are horrible for trade-in value) bc check engine light was on. The mechanic @ the dealer said it needed a new catalytic converter - I told him [excuse my French] to suck my balls I’m a girl ;-)

I've had two of these fail on me in a month and a half. First one failed after a week and a half, so it was under warranty, thank goodness. Had the second one fail on me today about a month after replacing the first one. Not buying this one again. Going to an auto parts store to get one there, as other reviews have said.

Do not buy this buy one at a local parts store will cost 20 bucks more but you will be glad you did. The install on a wrangler jk is pretty difficult to say the least. This trash lasted 3 days then I bought one at oreillys usa made for a little more. Also the electrical plug is turned the wrong way making install that much worse.
