1 day mobile battery drain problem faced
I've only had the mobile for a day and I'm already experiencing battery issues. The battery drains completely in just 4-5 hours, even when the phone is turned off. I opted for online ordering to save time, but this experience has been disappointing,I'm being asked by amazon to visit the service center for a certificate, which seems unnecessary. Can't the return or replacement process be initiated without this extra step? I'm worried about the delay and wonder if buying from a physical store would have been a faster option.
