This is a great herbal supplement. I take these sparingly but have felt good with smaller doses when I need a cleanse. The pills are easy to swallow but are pretty strong so I wouldn't take them regularly. I like and trust the brand and feel like the ingredients are clean.

I recognize the profile of ingredients in this supplement as having a long tradition for helping liver function and detoxification, especially milk thistle and dandelion root. This formulation seems to go a little above and beyond, with a few ingredients I'm less familiar with, like prickly ash bark. This is serious herbal medicine with very specific action by ingredients with a long history of herbal tradition, this is not something to just take for general health without knowing why--as they recommend on the bottle "always consult a healthcare provider". I appreciate that the product is formulated in the US, but they say only "of global ingredients"--I really would appreciate knowing more specifics about where stuff comes from, even just a QR code to more info.Overall am impressed that the capsules are vegetarian, and the profile of ingredients seems thoughtfully put together.

I take this sporadically and like the way that I feel when I do. It's easy to take, flavorless, and I trust this brand. No negative effects.

I love that the ingredients are wild crafted. The capsules provide convenience. I noticed a bit of detoxing symptoms and feel as though this is actually doing something positive for my system.

Doctor Morse does herbals well even the capsules are vegetarian and a nice size.But this one did not agree with me.Two capsules three times a day is a bit much. But taking that much you will find out in a hurry if it does not agree with you.Someone covered the ingredients with a sticker. In the future I will run the ingredents for side effects/benefits before ordering or taking.I quit after 4 days. As with any cleanse you expect new different and colorful bowel movements.I had reflux from the prickly ash bark that tums could not cut.I also had bed drowning night sweats and increase edema.

Thi supplement makes me go in the morning. I take 2 with full glass of water. Just like any capsule it might get stuck in your throat without enough water. So when I take this at night and I can go easily in the morning. But there are nornings that it doesn't work. 80% of the time it does

Ok size and no taste still waiting for outcome as body has to absorb. Good price though.
