I-Qoro is brilliant!. I started feeling results quite quickly and over a month in, I'm very impressed with the changes to my voice, ability to swallow and acid-reflux. Can't wait to see what its like after 3 months.

This is a cheap piece of plastic that probably cost no more than a few pence to make so I really don't understand why it is so massively expensive. You could go and find a stick and clean it up and use that with the same effect for free then pay the ridiculous amount this is. Not to mention that eBay are selling Chinese replicas that cost far less. I returned mine

I bought this for my wife, who is suffering acid reflux. She noticed that it has been approved for use by the NHS so decided it must be ok.The price asked for what is essentially a bit of plastic seems ridiculous. However, I guess what we're paying for is research and development. If it actually does what is claimed, it will be worth itTime will tell. I'm giving three stars provisionally since I don't know what the outcome may be. I'll update after nine months or so, either by upgrading to five stars or downgrading to one.Watch this space...

Only had it for a week but the signs are looking good so early days, probably a little expensive but if it works then it’s money well spent.

Found clear benefits as soon as I started using the device after a couple of days. Was very sceptical and found the price off putting but can now understand why. It works!

Make no mistake. The cost of this product is a shameful attempt to extract as much money as possible from desperate people. Nothing about it's build or materials gets it anywhere near the price tag, in fact the case that it came with broke within 3 weeks of me receiving the product. They must be making close to £140 profit per sale.Now, all that said, I've been using the device for 2 months now and I can say that I am feeling some improvement. I'm hopeful that this will continue.IQoro should take a serious look at what they are charging for this device. There must be millions of people who would benefit from using it but who would not dream of spending this sort of money.
