The refills do their job. BUT really disappointed that they were individually wrapped in plastic. I ordered refills instead of a new set of pens to reduce waste and instead I've created more!

Refill my pen

I have been getting these refills for years now. I use gel pens all the time as I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and using other pens requires more effort.

This is a brilliant pen and I would not be without it but recently the refills have been of indifferent quality, some have been fine but others have gone straight in the bin. Quality control needs improving.

Great product at a great price

This refill not only fits inside the Pentel Energel pens, it also fits inside a Sheaffer rollerball and you end up with a pen that writes FAR better than it would with a more expensive Sheaffer refill. Sad, but true!

I bought these refills to get more like out of pentel roller ball, these are genuine pentel refills but without the box packaging (came as individual refills). Nevertheless they are of equal quality and write smoothly without scratching. Delivered by the first quoted date so its five stars for me.

Use these every day as a student, love the feel and colour. I have tried most of the disposable blue rollerball pens on the market and this is my favourite for colour and smoothness. Ink flows very well and dries quickly, I am left handed and would definitely recommend.
