The real stuff.. was frustrated with the fake now foods being sold and bought this after speaking to the company. works like the real thing... 2 capsules in evening for best sleep or 2 caps in morning for calm focus. surpringly works for both and a boon for ADHD

The bottle contains 30 tablets and if one is supposed to take 3 a day it will be over in just 10 days! At Rs 1799 per bottle this works out to Rs 200 per day for just ONE supplement. Too expensive if one is taking multiple supplements. I will stick with the normal Magnesium L Threonate manufactured by Trexgenics which costs around Rs 700 per bottle. Supplements are a big business and an unregulated industry as of now. Who knows if we are getting what we pay for.
