I got the raspberry and cranberry flavour - and is nice tasting.Each serving contains 20g of protein - great for post workout.Mixes well in my mixer - not at all lumpy.Great product from a trusted brand - good value and would get again, I would recommend

Perfect drink after my gym sessions. It mixes easily and doesn't clump, which is a plus. I appreciate that it's low in sugar and provides a good amount of protein and carbs for recovery. The taste is pleasant - it's not overly sweet and the raspberry and cranberry flavours are noticeable. It's definitely not a thick, creamy shake like some whey protein options, which is what I was looking for. The texture is light and refreshing, helping me feel less bloated after a workout.

I've used a handful of SIS products over the last couple of years & have always been extremely happy with the quality & performance of their products.Needless to say this clear whey protein powder preformed really well & met my high expectations i have learnt to expect from SIS products.Designed as a post workout protein shake this Rego Clear Recovery is a 1:1 blend of both whey isolate protein powder and fast-digesting carbs to help support muscle growth & recovery after your workout.You get 20g of protein & 21g of carbs per scoop for just 167 calories which i thought was really good.One of the things i liked the most about this product was the flavour, i thought the Raspberry & Cranberry flavour tasted absolutely amazing which made it a really enjoyable & refreshing protein drink to have especially during the hotter months.Typically over the summer i really don't like having regular protein shakes but have found these clear whey protein shakes to be the perfect solution for me because they are more like a juice than a milkshake.I also sometimes suffer with bloating after consuming regular protein shakes & can happily report after taking this SIS clear whey daily for the last 3weeks i've not had a single issue with it.Overall i've been really happy with this SIS clear protein powder so far.I thought it's worked really well to help aid my recovery as i haven't been feeling sore on the days following a hard session like i normally would.

Pros:The flavour is great, fruity and refreshing. Perfect after a good workoutIncluding 20g of protein per serving, it is a good choice in repair and recovery of muscles.Only 21g of carbs and with low sugar content makes it a good option to still keep in your diet if one is watching the sugar intake.Cons:I feel that it's not as mixable as I thought; you may need to give it a damned good shake or do it in the blender to get it a lot more refined.The price is a bit on the higher side for the budget of many people.Verdict:If you are after a protein shake which will actually taste nice and a serious boost of proteins, this Recovery Whey Protein is worth trying out, considering only the snag one may have with mixing. Sure, more expensive, but the flavour is great, and it's well worth adding into your after-workout.
