all broken into pieces
these cookies are delicious and use them when my blood sugar gets low. BUT.....when things like this in my mail box I get suspicious and I had a right to be.every packet in the box is full of broke biscuits! I was offering a pack to a friend today.yep. I had to go get a small plate for the fragments of cookies. ridiculous to ship this way.

Bel Vita Box is in rough shape and damaged packages of broken biscuits upon arrival! Refund needed!
Unsatisfactory condition of the Bel Vita box appeared in rough shape and when I picked up the packages of biscuits I could feel the biscuits were broken in tiny pieces. Please refund my account! Let me know when that will be done. Thank you.
