The media could not be loaded. Very satisfied. The powder dissolved under a minute and theres no after taste. Ive been using for a couple of months and i have noticed an improvement with my insulin levels. A big plus that i font have to take so many pills. Just 1 scoop. At first i was getting headaches, so i did half a scoop and slowly increased to a full scoop.

I was spotting for 2 months. Started taking these and stopped bleeding and a had regular period. The only thing I’ll say if you don’t drink enough water, it will make you nauseous.

My face looks good like my face would look like a swollen potato but it helped it !!! my body functions well I am not fatigue like I am not bloated I can say I am pretty happy throughout the day idk I just feel uplifted even going to the gym I dont get tired running or pushing weight like I guess my hormones really got the best of me especially going through a break up and being a mom of 2 little boys like I can say these pills work!!! I tried other brands peach one that’s famous kinda I guess and one with ashawanda but for some reason I would feel good but sleepy because of the ashawanda but this is more than perfect I take 2 and I will be a costumer for life until something changes ! I haven't felt any changes, so I can't comment on effectiveness since i'm sure that's because I suck at being consistent. I will say that the capsule tastes gross and is not easy to swallow. I normally have no issue with swallowing pills but these seem to get stuck in my throat after swallowing them and it's uncomfortable.
