Reviewing after 13 days use.Focus and energy 5 out 5, pump 4 out 5 but for strength 2 out 5, felt no ticklish like my previous pre workout but this is best pre workout in this price range, but if you are targeting for add more weights in your bench press , squads or dead lift then go for other, but this product is good to keeps you focused , pumped and energies for 2-3 hours. Maybe my previous pre workout was expensive, this is why I was able to lift more weights without fatigue.

This pre work is best I use it for first time and it’s result is very good and good in aslo taste.

To be honest, after consuming it for just 3 days, I have come to the conclusion that this is not an effective pre-workout supplement compared to the ones I had been using prior to this. It does not stand at par with other preworkout supplements available in this range. I have been exercising for the last 4 years and know the effectiveness of the pre-workouts. When you consume preworkout, you instantly feel a kind of sensation in your body but this work does not live up to my expectations.Good for beginners and not at all recommended for upper intermediate and advanced gym goers.

The taste is alright with good mixability. It's notvery effective in giving a good pump 💪, I mix some creatine and Citrulline for achieving that. Where this shines is in removing all fatigue, you can go on pumping for an hour!But the major issue is the really bad itches you get within minutes of taking this due to the 6.5g of beta alinine.Complete deal breaker for me. The only option is to take half a scoop at a time.Definitely not buying this again.
