With several uses it works
With constant use I think it would work fine along with soaking and using lotion. It does remove calluses and rough skin. Price is not bad and I purchased additional sanding pads in different grits.

Doesn't work like advertised
Instead of a spinning head, the whole thing spins and it's hard to keep to one area. It wants to fly right off your foot. Disappointed
