Great book to reinforce any issues misunderstood at school and also to help with revision.

Really good Maths Book

These books are ok as a supplement to classroom teaching but if your child doesn't understand and you don't either there are not enough worked examples to - in increasing complexity - actually rectify the problem. I also bought the lower book thinking it might be in there to no avail. For example my child has just completed a ' frameworking test' in class and has to pick two questions that were incorrect and work on them at home with the help of the book and a website called 'My Maths'. In this book and on website there is no where explaining the particular math question that we needed! It seems to me that there must be better books out there- just wish I'd kept my old math books where everything was explained and worked examples were given for several pages.!P.S. - there are no answers either so no way to check your work!

Excellent resource and suited to my purpose for teaching a Year 7 pupil. Great for consolidating existing knowledge and extending further. The book did not have a cover which was not as I expected or acceptable quality.
