This item did not work in my device. I returned it promptly and received a $7.60 refund. I would recommend buying this from a business that stands behind their products. I will be looking at retail outlets and not ordering this type of product online. This is very disappointing. I learned a lesson.

For someone who is not compute literate, it should have instructions on how to insert the memory disk. I had to go on YouTube to find out.

Not much to say about a memory chip. It came on time. Fit my Fire perfectly. The Fire found the chip and it is working as it should. Perfect transaction
