I recently purchased a CarPlay wireless adapter, and it has significantly improved my driving experience. Installation was quick and easy, and the connection is stable with no noticeable lag during navigation, music streaming, or calls. Bought this in July and have been using it for about 8 weeks. Simple and easy to install and it just works. No mucking around when I get in the car. Out my phone in the charging pad and drive off. About 2 minutes later everything connects and carplay starts where it left off the last time. It's nice and small and sits in the arm rest cubby hole. Out of sight of prying eyes. Fast connection and no noticeable lag. Quality seems good but it really is a case of connect it up and forget about it. Would recommend.

The product arrived promptly and installation in my car was quick and effortless, thanks to the accompanying well-written instructions and link to an installation video.The adhesive pad supplied with the device enabled unobtrusive installation behind my vehicle’s media display.The device is small and appears to be well-designed.Installation was successful on first attempt and the device has worked perfectly from the outset. The product connects to my vehicle’s CarPlay successfully and quickly on vehicle startup each time.Connection between the device and CarPlay on my Apple IPhone is stable and the quality of music played through Spotify is excellent.Phone calls made and received through the device are high quality, again with a stable connection.I am very pleased with the device and the convenience of a stable, high quality wireless connection.

The media could not be loaded. I had a Motorola device for my last car with Android, this was excellent quality and gives a great option to compare the 2 unitsThe cost; Although I paid much more for the unit than it is now - it is very well priced. The "top" end branded items are about £90+Build/quality; It is a sturdy and small unit about 6cm x 6cm x 1cm. Small enough to be hidden from sight. It comes with 2 cables which also seem decent quality.Performance; Rock solid, never had an issue with it booting/connecting. It takes a few seconds to connect, usually by the time you get in, turn on car and get ready to drive - it will be ready for you.Setup; Its a typical Bluetooth process, easy 2 min job!I advise is to put into a location that is out of the way using some double sided foam tape (came with some for me), no need to take in/out of car each time.I've added a video to show how long it takes to connect (I turned off phone Bluetooth and back on)

This is a discreet little gadget which comes with a double sided sticky pad to mount it. It’s easy to pair and works well. When I start the car I plug it in and it connects instantly. Would recommend this to others, very good, reliable and good price.

I’ve used a different manufacturer’s device in my car for a few years and my wife recently decided she wanted a wireless connection for CarPlay too. My first thought was to get one like mine but after looking around I settled for this which was 1/3 the price.It has turned out to be the perfect choice. Much smaller than the one in my car and as you can see in the photo it takes up virtually no room once attached withy the supplied double sided tape.As to performance it is exactly as expected. Setup was simple and in use it takes a little longer to connect to CarPlay compared to a wired connection but only by about 20 seconds and there is a slight delay between touching screen and the action but no different to the previous device I’ve used and possibly a little faster.

i could not get this to connect to the stereo in my car. I have a couple of different ones from other cars which did work in the same car. The support was good and responsive but not effective. It looks like a better made product than the others I have but in then end was no good. Possibly a defective one.

Despite following the instructions I experienced some minor difficulty in setting it up. In my opinion this was due to the latency in the adapter connectivity. The Wireless Adapter does work but I liken to an old fashioned Valve radio/TV, that is to say once it's warmed up, the functionality is acceptable. How long it will last I have no idea. Would I purchase it again, unlikely.

It would also work fine in any vehicle that has wired CarPlay. Installation was a non-issue. Just plug it in and it works. It pairs every time I get in the car- totally transparent, it just works. Sure beats having to plug in the phone every time. Recommended.

The dongle works great and it connected easily with my car. It took the usual drill to pair it and then let it work its magic with my phone. Once you do that, you don't have to worry about it any more. The small box is not obtrusive even though I prefer a dongle over any wired system whatever the size.I think it has a cosmetic appeal to it. It does not look cheap and it does the job. For me, that is enough to give it the 5 stars as the shape is just the user's preference. I noticed that they offer this same component as a dongle so you may have both choices.

I read the instruction leaflet before starting, which I would recommend. I removed my phone from the car's bluetooth system and then plugged this device in. I added the device to my phone's bluetooth system and it all just connected up - instant Carplay for my car, wirelessly. Everything I needed was in the box and it took under 2 minutes from start to finish to be connected.Occasionally it takes a little longer to boot up (maybe 10 seconds), but 95% of the time it boots instantly.. When it does take longer it shows the initial connection screen, but shows everything is actually connected up while it sorts itself out. I have never had to unplug or reboot it to get it to work, just a little patience and it works.If it doesn't show the Carplay screen automatically (which it does 98% of the time) I just have to touch the Carplay icon on the bottom of the Ford Synch system and it comes up. It only doesn't show the Carplay screen automatically on some of the occasions it does not immediately boot. (I personally think this is a Ford Sync thing, rather than this device. I drive a 2019 F-150 XLT, for what it is worth.)If you want to go wireless Carplay instead of plug-in, this is a great device to use. Highly recommend. Very convenient.
