I got these to help soothe some irritation. They did the job very well! They absorb much better than some others I've tried. The packaging is a bit hard to open, and I had to resort to scissors at least once. My biggest issue is the price. What they were going for when I got them seemed way too high. I would NOT buy these for that price (I got them from Vine). It's easy enough to just use vitamin E oil and get the same effect for way cheaper.

They didnt dissolve like I imagined. Someone recommended places in the refrigerator for 15ish minutes but it just made them hard and they didn’t work well.

These Vitamin E suppositories definitely help with vaginal dryness/irritation. I need to use vaginal moisturizers after breast cancer treatment that included a hysterectomy and ten years of estrogen-suppressing pills (Femara). The hysterectomy and Femara left me with vaginal atrophy which causes dryness, a sense of tightness, and a feeling of irritation. I have been using half a suppository each night. I keep them refrigerated at all times so they don't melt at room temperature. They are easy to insert with a finger. Wear a panty liner because the Vitamin E will stain underwear. These inserts definitely are soothing and relieve dryness. I also use Replens as a vaginal moisturizer, but these inserts are more economical to use, so I'll use these one week and alternate them with Replens the next week.

I'm afraid to try these as instructions say stop using if u get a infection.thats kinda scary so I'm afraid I'll get a infection

The ingredients are Vitamin E oil ,Theobroma cocoa seed butter,, triglycerides and cera alba. They are very easy to use, they recommend using at bedtime, they also recommend refrigerating for 15 minutes prior to use I've just been storing them in the fridge. I'm postmenopausal so I have issues with dryness and itching and these have really helped moisturize and hydrate . I didn't have any negative side effects I would highly recommend they are mess free, and contain no hormones.
