Okay,I’ll give it a 5 star. I did have to buy a little more memory foam pieces for it. When you get the ottoman, take off the cover and open the zipper which holds the memory foam. Just put your fingers inside and move it all around. It will loosen up and expand. It’s pretty easy. I just added a little bit extra and it’s perfect. Got the larger size.

Very pleased, easy to shake loose and allow to fill in about 24 hrs. Nice look. Big, can be used to sit on. Good purchase.

I like this. Just got it today and I didn't use it with the original stuffing. I mainly wanted it for storeage and foot rest. It holds alot. I have 2 throw pillows, 3 throw blankets & set of twin sheets inside. I was surprised it held all that. It's big. I really like the color. If you want to do a simple change in your living room without it being expensive. Get something like this, couple new throw pillows to match and a throw blanket for your couch. It makes a big difference. Also this had no odor and is very soft. I am saving the original stuffing if I wanna use it in this or for some throw pillows. Just an idea.

This poof would never "right" itself, and always leaned, causing your feet to slide off.

They’re just okay. Very soft. Love that. They look nice. Love that. But not very firm. They tend to sag to one side if you put your feet on them. So for looks I would recommend but for use, not so much.

It is not like pictures at all. Yes comfy for propping feet up but I had to add an old pillow to the bottom for it to even look like it would hold anything. Even with the extra pillow, no chance of setting something on top- it will fall off. No sitting on it like a small ottoman.

The foam filling holds its shape much better than typical bead filling.

Love it, it's just the right firmness
