The machine is easy to use, solidly built and also good looking. But the best part is the customer service. I found a slight mark of crack in the ceramic bowl, and the shop sent me a replacement bowl right away. I hope they continue to uphold their customers oriented attitude in the long run

Delicious chicken soup was made using this steamer, easy to do the cooking and easy to clean afterwards. The steamer was made with high quality and has the right size to hold the food and heat for cooking. We have all the positive comments for this steamer and very happy with the purchase.

I bought this steamer at the end of June this year, and used it 3 times, I did like it , but one day I boiled noodle and the lid looked messy , so I cleaned it with running water without thinking about it when it's still hot/warm , it broke right away. I was not able to find a lid replacement online. so I left message here and Joydeem team contacted me and shipped me the replacement, I am so happy. So everyone please be careful , do not wash the glass container or lid when it's still hot/warm.

It cooks well, quiet operation. It is not too big, just enough to make about 2-3 servings. The soup is like distilled golden essences of the ingredients collected together. Super yummy and nutrious. No salt or seasoning needed.

Purchased this electric glass steam cooker in November 2024, used the big ceramic pot two times and there is a crack line already. Otherwise this cooker is good.

I bought this primary for steaming. While the product appears to be high quality, the amount of time it takes to make steam is unacceptable. I tried a bunch of different water levels and combinations of stacking the provided pieces, but nothing works. I ran out of time on the return window or else I would have definitely sent it back. Sigh.

I use it every day. Works great!

After unpacking and putting the steam cooker together, I placed it on the rug in my den. Unfortunately, before I could test it out, I accidentally knocked it over while it was still on the rug and the glass bowl ( 2.0L high borosilicate glass soup pot) broke in two. I tried to find a replacement, but no luck, so I emailed the company to inquire about purchasing a replacement, but never heard back from them. I was really looking forward to using it, but without the main glass pot, I can’t use it. The three stars is for the lack of customer service.
